This prototype aims to create guidelines for organisers of high level (international) conferences, journal editors and international committees in science collaboration, to consider conditions for enhancing the participation of women to have high visibility within STI fields.
Rationale
Today, there is a lack of will within our society to find and include women and diverse candidates in visible positions. The inclusion and visibility of women participating in STI conferences will influence the specific research fields.
Action to be implemented
Develop guidelines for organizers of high-level (international) conferences, journal editors, and international committees in science collaboration to consider conditions for enhancing the participation of women to have high visibility within STI fields.
